In one sentence: Its a rigorous testing ground!

I am really happy to be a part of this challenging bootcamp. “Happy???! Why would you be happy to be part of this difficult training”, you might think. Well, just to drop off your curiosity: I am happy because it keeps on building me as I progress forward. Not only that, but I also have a great facilitator named Bernard Mulobi, who gives me the right kind of feedback that will point out my mistakes and give me a chance to better my solutions.

So, how has this bootcamp changed my lifestyle? Well I used to go to sleep early, and now I go to sleep 1–2 hours late, and also wake up early so that right after my Morning prayers (Fajr Swalah) I can get back to work. I spend the entire day, from around 7 a.m, stuck in-front of my computer trying to code the project, do a research where I get stuck, and collaborate with my peers whenever necessary. “Break?? Do you take a break???”, might be your next thought. Obviously, I do take a break! I take a break to eat my meals; breakfast, lunch, and dinner; I take a break to pray my 5 daily prayers, and also I take a 10–30 min break to play with my little bro, who, at the time, is one and a half years old.

I would like to give some of the credit to my dad, who has been there for me, supporting me, giving me motivation, and also pushing me forward. I know by saying this I might fall out of the topic, but its also necessary to remember, as we are working towards something, that we have only reached where we are because of our parents nurturing.

Now to end this: Andela bootcamp has tested me to the maximum, and indeed, I have inflamed to my maximum!
