Hello World!

Time is going by, and hearts are getting more and more nervous, “will I be able to get through the bootcamp, and see my self working INSIDE Andela together with other fellow Andeleans?” Its a question, I suppose, on everyone’s mind who is going through the bootcamp. Well, I do admit that its a question that I keep on asking myself, as I work harder and harder to get the JOB done!

Completing challenge one was no easy thing, but thank God I was familiar with creating a website using HTML, Bootsrap, and some custom CSS. The only part that was new to me was regarding Github, Github pages, and Pivotal Tracker. But somehow I did manage to learn these and move ahead.

Coming to challenge two, it felt like I had just entered a remote place where people didn’t speak any of the languages that I have ever heard of. But lucky me, the explanation was in our own English Language! Reading, taking notes, and coding, is what I have been doing since morning. Its fun when you can actually understand what you are doing and see your code run perfectly fine, but frustration keeps on adding as you see each and every second pass by while you are still stuck at the same problem.

That being said, I would now like to end with an English proverb; No pain, no gain!
